We are a fast growing human resources consulting firm based in Macau. Due to fast expansion of the business, we are looking for an Operations Manager to be based in Zhuhai to be responsible for the team management and operations management for our temp staffing business unit.

Responsibilities

• lead a team of schedulers to manage temp staff rosters to meet client's part time staffing needs
• develop detailed operation process and systems to ensure smooth operation
• solve daily operations issues and complaints and develop system to avoid future incidents.
• manage the team to provide required client service and ensure we deliver our service level commitment
• lead and motivate the team

Requirements

• Strong client management skills
• Strong communication skills
• Good leadership skills
• Fluent in English and Cantonese
