职位描述

我们的客户是一家澳门公司的珠海分公司,珠海公司员工人数为30-40人,现招聘一位人事行政经理进行珠海公司的人事行政管理。必须有外企工作经验,能流利书写英文。

Our client is a Macau based company with branch office in Macau. They have 30-40 employees in Zhuhai office. They are seeking a mature and experienced HR & Admin Manager to manage the HR and office of Zhuhai branch. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working with MNCs, and bevery fluentin written English.

职责:

· 全面统筹公司的人力资源规划

· 建立并完善人力资源管理体系,包括人力资源规划,招聘,绩效,培训,薪酬及员工发展等体系

· 向公司高层提供人力资源策略,组织建设等建议,致力提高公司的综合管理水平

· 与员工保持良好的关系,构建和谐企业文化气氛

· 实施公司文化建设,积极开展各项活动,协助推动公司理念和企业文化形成

· 管理公司行政文书的处理,做好文件的收发登记,传递,归档等工作

· 负责安排公司日常后勤工作,包括接待,环境卫生,办公用品等

· 建立公司行政办公费用的预算,并控制行政办公费在预算内执行

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for managing the full spectrum of human resources functions

· Maintain and continuously improve the Human Resource Management System, including manpower planning, Recruitment, Training, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits administration, employee relations, etc.

· Provide Human Resource Strategies to company leaders so as to improve the office operation

· Foster positive inter-department relationships and create a climate of harmony

· Contributing to the development of company culture by organizing different activities

· Maintaining office administrative service such as documents organizing, filling.

· Responsible for back-office management, including office reception, environmental maintenance and office supply procurement

· Develop and manage HR & HR budget

要求:

· 本科以上学历,人力资源管理或相关管理专业

· 八年以上相关工作经验,五年以上公司同职位任职

· 必须有在外企工作经验,并适应英语工作环境

· 流利书面英文

· 熟悉人力资源招聘,薪酬,绩效考核,员工关系,培训等规定和流程,熟悉国家各项劳工法规政策

· 熟悉行政管理体系与制度建设,对行政规范管理等方面有丰富的实践经验

· 具有亲和力,较强的责任感和敬业精神

· 具有激励,沟通,协调和团队的领导能力

Requirements:

· Bachelor degree in Human Resource or relevant disciplines

· At least 8 years’ working experience with more than 5 years in similar position

· Prior MNC work experience is a MUST

· Excellent command of written English

· Experienced in Recruitment, Training, performance appraisals, compensation and benefits administration, employment rules and regulations, etc.

· Strong knowledge in administrative management

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and strong sense of responsibility

· Strong leadership skills and good in network-building skills

· Good integrity
