职位描述
Responsibility:
Setup the electrical parts for engines on time, safely and on high quality under the guidance of assembly foreman.
在装配班长的指导下安全、及时、高质量的完成发动机电气部分的组装、测试工作。
Key Tasks:
1) Follow the electrical assembly drawings, specification, quality standard, technical procedure and workplace health and safety rules when assembly, fill in the records sheet.
2) Make sure the assembly workplace tidy and orderly, clean the tools regularly.
3) Take care of the measuring tools, and calibrate them regularly.
4) Reducing waste of resources.
5) Strengthen teamwork building.
按照产品电气图纸、技术参数、质量标准、工艺规程和车间的健康、安全规程进行装配、调试作业，做好记录。
确保装配场地整洁、有序，对工装进行定期清洁工作。
爱护各种量具，定期进行校验。
节约使用各种资源。
加强团队合作意识。
Qualification:
1） Secondary technical school degree or above, major in automation, mechatronics or related subject.
2） At least 1 year electrical assembling or maintenance experience in machine/equipment, familiar with the use of all kinds of commonly used instrument.
3）Good understanding of electrical drawings.
4） Basic English reading and writing skill is a must. English communication skill is preferred.
5） A dedicated attitude to following safety and quality Policy.
6） Team Cooperation attitude.
7）Knowledge and setup experience of Wartsila Engine is preferred.
中专及以上学历，自动化、机电一体化等相关专业。
1年以上机械、设备电气组装或维修经验，熟悉各类常用仪器仪表的使用。
良好的电气识图能力。
有基本的英语读写能力，有一定的英语沟通能力者优先。
专注安全生产及质量保证。
团队合作精神。
了解瓦锡兰发动机或有相关安装经验者优先。

公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
