职位描述
Responsibility:
Material and product receive, delivery, return, circle count etc. WH on-site management, include material and product manage and implement EHS and 5S requirement.
物料和产品接收、发放、退料、退货、盘点等操作。仓库现场管理，包括物料和产品现场管理，EHS 和5S要求的执行。
Key Tasks:
1） Material receive, application inspection, transport the sample, following the release, Delivery, Material return from workshop to WH, return to supplier, circle count etc.
2） Drive Forklift or vehicle and operate crane for loading, unloading, transportation etc. material and product.
3） According to the EHS and 5S requirements to implement WH on-site management strictly.
4） Strictly and carefully operate, check material and product in all lifetime every step, ensure the inventory accuracy, ensure the accurate receiving, ensure the accurate delivering。
5） Assist NC –handling
6） Assist finance department to implement monthly balance.
7） Participate implementation monthly and annual circle count, circle count.
8） Assist WH supervisor improvement and optimization WH on-site operation and management.
9） Performs other duties as assigned.
1） 物料的接收，申请检验，样品传送，放行跟踪。物料发放，车间退料接收，退货至从应商，盘点等。
2） 驾驶叉车或车辆，操作吊装机，进行物料和产品装卸，转运等。
3） 按EHS及5S要求严格实施仓库现场物料管理。
4） 严格核作，仔细操作，确保库存准确，接收准确，发放准确。
5） 协助不符合处理。
6） 协助财务部实施月结。
7） 参加实施月度和年度盘点。
8） 协助主管改善或优化仓库操作和现场管理。
9） 主管安排的其他任务。
Qualification:
1） College degree or above，logistics related subject is plus.
2） At least 3 years’ warehouse management experience, spare part or hardware or equipment experience is plus.
3） ERP Knowledge and experience (e.g. UF, SAP, ORACLE) is plus.
4） Basic English communication and reading is required.
5） Forklift driver and crane operation certification is preferred.
6） Team Cooperation attitude.
7） 5S and EHS knowledge.
8） A dedicated attitude to following safety and quality.
1） 大专文化程度。物流或物料管理相关专业更佳。
2） 三年以上仓库管理经验。有备件、电气件、加工件方面经验更佳。
3） 有ERP知识和经历（如：用友，SAP, Oracle 等）更佳。
4） 基本的英语读写能力。
5） 持有叉车驾驶或吊装作业证书更适合。
6） 团结协作。
7） 5S和EHS知识。
8） 专注安全和质量。
