Key Purpose of Role:
Product Manager (PM) will be in charge of whole product line of Heat meter. PM will communicate issues and problems back into company in order to drive and assist with solution. PM will be responsible to achieve the related business target of Heat Meters product line together with Sales Team. PM will be responsible to build the solid product roadmap and business plan for Heat Meters product line. PM will be responsible to take lead to define the practical “Go-to-Market”Strategy and Plan. PM will regularly update company with market data, new opportunity logs and plans.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibility 1: (Over 70%)
· Responsible to achieve the related business target of Heat Meters product line together with Sales Team
· Responsible to build the solid product roadmap and business plan for Heat Meters product line;
Responsible to take lead to define the practical “Go-to-Market”Strategy and Plan
Responsibility 2: (20%)
· Responsible to communicate towards the customer and company the commercial request/availability schedule and market needs; work close with R&D, Sales and others for new product/solution development and promotion
· Responsible for collecting market information and communicating current and emerging needs for current and new accounts within the segment and region to drive value proposal development
Responsible to take lead to define the channel strategy and support Sales team for the channel development
Responsibility 3: (10%)
Responsible to coordinate and support the development and execution of related marketing activities such as seminars/road shows, industry trade shows and Marcoms
Technical Requirement:
· Over 3 years experience on Product Manager or Product Marketing Manager with solid hands on experience
· Strong expertise on 4Ps marketing
· Electronics,FMCG, BMS or Air-conditioning Industry experience will be the plus.
· Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills
· Fluent English language skills, German language will be plus
· Experience working with cross-functional teams in organizations
Strong project manager with excellent ability to prioritize, multitask and organize
