Major Responsibilities 主要职责：

1. Process service requests related to add, change, or revoke system and application access
处理关于增加、修改或撤销系统和应用的服务请求

2. Perform first level support on system/application access related incident and escalate to second level support in a timely manner when appropriate
对于与系统和应用访问相关的事故， 能够提供第一级的技术支持，并且以恰当方式扩散给第二级支持

3. Participate in the ongoing knowledge and skill development activities to maintain and improve competence
积极参与时下的技术知识和开发技巧活动从而保持和提高业务能力

4. Maintain the access rights inventory to make sure the information is current and correct
维护和管理访问权限从而确保资料的时效性和准确性

5. Additional duties as assigned

Required Knowledge and Skills 知识技能要求:

1. User Accounts Management in Microsoft Active Directory 掌握关于Microsoft Active Directory的账户管理知识
2. Understanding of access control of business applications 掌握事务应用的访问权限
3. Communication skills and reporting skills具备沟通技巧和报告技巧
