Requirement 要求：英语专业，专业八级优先，有IT经验优先。


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Follow the processes and procedures used by the team
2. Develop technical specifications and perform effort estimation
3. Produce product documentation in a cross-functional, distributed environment.
4. Review and maintain customer standards and procedure manual
5. Establish and maintain the Procedure and Process Library (PPL)
6. To focus on three main components: quality control, quality assurance and quality improvement. Utilize quality assurance, control of processes as well as products to achieve continuous improvement.
7. To implement quality procedures in conjunction with the delivery organization.
8. To continuously liaise with stakeholders (mainly internal) with regards to operational processes in order to ensure compliance over disciplines.
9. To ensure building blocks are in place to establish a process centric organization
10. Implement all the requests assigned to the team
11. Handle or escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner
