职位描述
Major Responsibilities 主要职责:
Manage the IT Service Desk function in Zhuhai
Make sure the Service Desk follow the procedures associated with Incident Management, Event Management and IT Service Request Management to provide services to the business
Perform ticket analysis to identify incident trends and work with other support levels to address the problem
Handle or escalate any unresolved issues to management in a timely manner
Establish performance objectives and measurement systems for performance review purposes
Prepare rosters and ensure that appropriate resources are allocated to support the daily operations
Ensure IT Service Desk is Sarbanes Oxley compliant
Additional duties as assigned
职位要求:3-4年工作经验,1-2年IT服务管理经验。
Required Knowledge and Skills 知识技能要求 :
IT Services Management Experience IT服务管理经验;
People Management 人员管理;
Multi-tasking with Time Management 多任务管理、时间管理;
ITIL Knowledge ITIL知识;
Good knowledge on Business Communication and Notificaition 良好的商务沟通知识;
Good knowkedge to the IT Applications and Systems in the areas of hosipitity and casino industry 良好的酒店行业IT应用和系统相关知识。
