Job Summary :
Support customers (distributors, representatives, and manufacturers) in terms of both business and technical services.

Essential Functions:
1. Support the customers by providing product and technical knowledge.
2. Formulate sales tactics and strategies on various accounts.
3. Facilitate communication between customers and Therm-O-Disc.
4. Attain the pre-set sales target by the end of the year.
5. Resolve disputes between customers and Therm-O-Disc.
6. Work collaboratively with other staff members to provide quality service.
7. Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Job Qualifications:
1. Degree in Electronic Engineering or related discipline
2. At least 3 years' related experience
3. Proficient in written and verbal English
4. Familiar with PC applications
