Primary Responsibilities 主要职责

1. Assist senior QA staff to manage, administer and develop internal QA Department
协助高级质量管理员管理、建立并完善质量管理部门。

2. To maintain and develop QA internal system and inspection specification
维护和建立质量管理系统和创建产品检验规格书。

3. Handling customer complaints and responsible for product & factory quality problem
处理客户投诉和负责产品质量问题。

4. To review inspection / defect samples and analyst quality reports from suppliers and tested samples arrangement
负责检验次品、样品和分析供应商提供的质量分析报告。

5. To prepare things for the initial, interim & quality pre-shipment inspection and the relevant QA functions
准备货物转运前期、中期及装船前质量检验相关资料，并履行质量检查的其他相应工作职责。

6. Completion of other tasks assigned by supervisor
完成其他上级领导安排的任务。


职位要求：
1. 2-3 years’ furniture experience 2-3年家具经验;
2. technical engineering education 相关技术教育背景;
3. accept frequent one-day factory visit (3-4 times a week) to Guangzhou and Zhongshan etc. for quality inspections 能接受每周3-4次周边城市出差;
4. adapt to flexible factory travel 能接受灵活出差安排;
5. Able to write inspection reports in English including Prototype, 1st Piece, In-process, In-coming and Final Inspection Reports 能用英语完成各种质检报告;
6. Ability to carry out factory audit 能进行工厂审查;
7. Independent enough to handle inspections by oneself 能独立完成检查工作。
