主要职责：

拟订年度销售计划，分解销售目标并执行。参与重大销售谈判和合同签订；组织建立客户档案；对公司销售业绩和销售人员管理负责。

一、日常工作

1. 每周提供系统的客户管理报告，并跟踪每周的销售业绩。
2. 负责制定并执行销售部门的工作流程和规章制度。
3. 负责市场分析，把握产品动态，给销售人员相关指导。
4. 定期向直接上级汇报工作情况，并管理下属的工作进度。
二、客户管理

1. 管理公司大客户的管理。
2. 参与重大销售谈判和合同签订。
3. 建立完善客户档案，管理客户信息。
三、市场管理

1. 参与公司的产品及市场调查。
2. 收集相应的市场信息。
3. 积极督导销售人员对市场的了解。
四、团队管理

1. 培训销售人员熟悉公司产品、市场及公司的销售制度。
2. 建立合理的销售激励机制。
3. 监督管理并支持销售人员完成销售任务。
五、费用控制

1. 制定销售预算并控制销售费用。
　　　
六、岗位基本素质要求：
1. 本科及以上，电子相关专业

2. 计算机熟练
3. 英语流利

4. 8年左右电子销售企业同等职位工作经验。
5. 对销售管理，市场开发有成熟的经验。
6. 具备团队管理经验。
7. 优秀的沟通技巧和团队合作意识。
