Job Description:
1. To lead/guide a group of test technicians to support production for minimum machine down time, also to maintain proper record of all the machines for ISO requirement, responsibly for new project/models/equipment set up and buy off.
2. Contribute to the improvement of test yield, test efficiency, test intermittence electrical defects and overall tester development.
3. Responsible for reviewing customer specifications and industry standards. Creating test plans, perform testing, analyzing and formatting test data and writing test reports, and resolving non-compliance issues.
4. Provide project management with accurate and timely quotation for all relevant test diagnosis and repair functions.
5. Ability to work with customer suppliers and as a team member.

Job Requirements:
1. College or above Degree/Diploma and major in Electrical/Electronic engineer with. English is level 4 or above.
2. At least 4 years working experience in test or relative engineering field Background experience on Power, battery charger
3. FCT testing know-how in hardware and software, Familiar With lab view/ test stand.
4. Good electronic knowledge in PCBA Testing, data acquisition and various instrument/ cards (power supply, Hi-pot tester, GPIB, DAQ, SG...)
5. Strong project management and technical management experience,
6. Good interpersonal skills : be able to to communicate in English with members of other teams, departments and clients
