职位描述
Sales Manager Automotive
Tasks:
· Analysis of the Chinese Automotive-market (Customer-and demand structure)
· Elaboration & implementation of an appropriate market-entry-strategy
· Active acquisition of customers in the segmentscar-producers as well as automotive-suppliers
· Establishing & managing efficient trade- anddistribution-structures
· Customer-management on business as well as ontechnical level; managing the buying-center of customers
· Demonstrating the application of the products in thecar-producing-industry as well as in the automotive-supplier-industry
· Teaching & technical advice of workers at theassembly line
· Definition & realization of appropriate marketingactivities (communication, pricing, product-range) in close cooperation with theinternational Senior Manager Automotive
Qualification:
· 4 years or above of work-experience in technical saleswithin the automotive industry, ideally related to abrasives
· Proven track record in acquisition and management ofcustomers from the automotive-segment
· Sales-Manager with sound technical background orengineer with proven experience in sales
· Readiness for comprehensive business-travelling
· Chinese native speaker, proficient English skills inoral and written form
· Skilled in the usage of MS Office
