Primary Responsibilities 主要职责：

1 . Manage a team of Supplier Quality Engineers, to manager suppliers’ products’ quality and manufacturing processes 带领供应商质量工程师，管理产品质量和生产进度;

2. Lead the team to collaborate with related functions, like procurement, logistics, etc., to drive on-time delivery of quality products 协调采购、物流等，敦促按时交货;

3. Train up SQEs to conduct supplier quality system assessments, manufacturing process audits, and problem solving. Lead the SQEs to establish cooperation with suppliers and the designated 3rd party inspection company 培训SQE作供应商质量体系评估，生产流程审核，解决相关问题，引导SQE与供应商、第三方检测机构建立合作;

4. Project tracking, lead the SQEs to manage quality related business in project, ensure on-time delivery according to project plans 跟进项目，领导SQE管理质量，确保按时交货;

5. Manage administrative affairs of SQEs, including trip scheduling coordination, expense report review and approval 管理行政事宜，如协调SQE出差计划、开支报告审核等;

6. Train suppliers on LVS Supplier Quality Requirements and quality tools 培训供应商熟悉LVS供应商质量要求等;

7. Jointly develop manufacturing plans with suppliers, and monitor suppliers’ compliance 和供应商共同制定生产计划，监督供应商的执行情况;

8. Develop our quality assurance plans, including inspection plans, audit checklists, defects and severity classification 制定我司质量控制计划，包括检查计划、审核检查清单、缺陷和严重等级划分等;

9. Identify quality problems, request for corrective actions from suppliers and follow up effectiveness when there are product quality issues, quality management system discrepancies, etc. 认定质量问题，在出现产品质量问题和质量管理体系差异等情况下要求供应商采取相应改进措施并跟进其有效性.


Required Work Experience 工作经验要求

至少7年供应商质量管理、质量监督或制造工程经验，家具、设备、建筑材料、布料、照明、电气设备等相关领域；
熟悉质量管理体系、工程绘图；熟悉QFD、FMEA、MSA、8D等工具为佳；
具备人员管理技巧；
熟悉办公软件；
英语、普通话流利；
可适应出差。
