* Create Max scripts for dev. team needs.
* 为开发团队编写MAX脚本。
* Create Max tools & plugins based on dev. team needs.
* 为开发团队编写MAX插件和工具。
* Setup animation rig and UI for animators.
* 为动画师装配动画控制和设置动画控制相关界面。
* Optimize 3D pipeline based on projects requirement.
* 根据项目需求优化3D制作工序。
* Train entry-level 3D artists on tools, techniques and pipeline.
* 对3D美术在工具、技术和工序上进行培训。
* Assist project art leads to identify risks and optimize creation process.
* 协助项目美术指导进行风险评估和优化创作。
Requirements :
要求：
* Ability to read and write English Document.
* 能够读、写英文文档。
* 2+ years of art knowledge on 2D tools.
* 2年以上平面美术制作工具的知识。
* 2+ years of working experience of program.
* 2年以上实际编程经验。
* 3+ years of working knowledge of Max. A deep understanding of Max.
* 3年以上MAX实际制作经验。对MAX有深入的了解。
* Excellent 3D modeling, texturing, animating skills and Scripting.
* 优秀的建模、材质、动画和脚本编写能力。
* Understand efficient techniques and hardware/software limitations.
* 理解现有软硬件技术限制。
Desirable Skills:

- PhotoShop
- Maya
- C or C++
