1. Familiar with Promotional Gifts Industry
2. Study RFQs from Sales Team each day and assign properly.
3. Follow up, supervise and help merchandisers on quoting and approve quotations, PO, PI.
4. Production Management - Follow up with merchandiser on each order to make sure everything is proceeded up to par.
5. Strong abilities and skills of negotiation with factories on price and delivery time and shout at factories to sort things out when any sampling, production etc. issues arise.
6. Manage merchandisers to make sure all working properly and efficiently.
7. At least 5 years of working experience in related position and industry.
8. Excellent written and spoken English
9. High sense of responsibly and good spirit of team work.
10. Accept working overtime and short business travel.

ODM Hong Kong is the Headquarters for the ODM Group. Founded in 2003, we have a strong specialisation on Promotional Products and marketing. We develop new products and inventions for key clients and promote these through our Global Sales & Marketing efforts from Hong Kong.
ODM China is our Central Buying office controlling all of our production in China. Founded in 2008, we have grown a strong and International team of merchandisers dealing with factories on a daily basis. ODM also act as a dedicated buying office for partners around the world. Our Quality Control service is now also managed from there.
