管理Newell Rubbermaid公司绩效评价体系包括实施的PMDP,策划和进行员工培训,准备和分发员工沟通,与他们的直接报告讨论提供意见,和收集PMDP形式(PMDP =绩效管理发展规划) 。

任职资格:
5年以上人力资源管理能力的经验及最少10年人力资源经验

在人力资源或相关学科的学士学位

Job Responsiblities:
Manage hiring activities for all open positions in conjunction with Aprica and Newell Rubbermaid Hong Kong APAC Recruitment team
Support in establishing career planning and leadership development for organizational development
Administrate Newell Rubbermaid HR Management system (SAP HCM)
Administrate Newell Rubbermaid job posting system (CTM=Careers that Matter)
Provide consulting to managers regarding manager/employee effectiveness
Manage Newell Rubbermaid performance evaluation system (PMDP=Performance Management Development Planning), including implementation of PMDP, planning and conducting employee training, preparing and distributing employee communications, providing advice to managers on how to conduct discussions with their direct reports, and collecting PMDP forms.
Identify training needs and plan and conduct necessary training for employees by closely working with Newell Rubbermaid Hong Kong HR L&D (Learning & Development) and liaising with training institutions as necessary.
Quickly react to issues in employee relations area
Ensure that the company rules/practices are in compliance with the labor law
Support and Provide ideas to Senior HR Manager regarding organizational development.
Handle overall HR duties of the company, acting as bridge between business sections and HR functions
To take on other tasks and duties as required by HR Manager.
Qualification:
Minimum 5 years of HR experience in a managerial capacity, with minimum10 years of HR experience
Experience working for foreign capital company is needed
Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Organized and detail oriented
Ability to take on additional tasks as directed
Knowledge & Skills:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related disciplines
Excellent communications and presentation skills
Superior teamwork skills
Good understanding of Chinese labor law and labor contract law.
Ability to communicate in English (business level)
