Responsibilities:
? Team leading in testing & finishing;
? Practice and teach engine Testing;
? Be responsible for QDMS;
? Be responsible for the testing of W32, W26 & W20 main engines & generating sets according to drawings;
? Compile and arrange the Factory Accept Testing according to Internal Order Specification;
? Ability of malfunction analysis in the period of testing;
? In charge of generating sets final quality at the end of production line, cooperate with classification society;
? Take care of customers and help them to understand FAT;
? Improve and develop Testing and Finishing section continuously;

Requirement:
? Bachelor degree minimum in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;
? Good skills in both oral and written English;
? Good knowledge on engine building and testing ;
? Good knowledge of marine and classification standards;
? Hands on & practical skills count as a plus ;
? Skills to read and understand drawings;
? Experience of medium speed diesel engines;
? Ability to work in a changing and demanding environment ;
? Negotiation and team working skills, strong management skill is a plus;

职责：
? 领导试车及完工团队;
? 操作及教授发动机的测试;
? 负责质量数据管理系统;
? 能根据机械图纸负责测试W32、W26 & W20发动机及发电机组的调试;
? 根据IOS编写并安排FAT;
? 测试过程中的故障分析;
? 与船级社人员保持合作并保证发动机组最终完工;
? 与船东进行沟通，使其对FAT有一定的了解;
? 积极改进并发展测试部门的工作;

要求：
? 本科或以上学历，机械或电气工程相关专业
? 良好的英文口语及书写能力;
? 熟悉发动机制造与测试;
? 了解船舶行业及船检的标准:
? 实际动手能力强者优先;
? 具有阅读与理解制图的技巧;
? 有中速柴油机工作经历;
? 能适应不断变化及高要求的工作环境;
? 具有沟通与团队合作能力，有较强管理能力者优先;

瓦锡兰玉柴发动机有限公司由瓦锡兰集团与广西玉柴机器集团有限公司旗下子公司—玉柴船舶动力股份有限公司合资成立，公司成立于2013年5月23日，位于美丽的“百岛之市”—珠海。玉柴与瓦锡兰此次在中速柴油机领域“强强联合”，将共同建设中国高端中速机生产基地，打造中外先进柴油机技术和生产合作的成功典范。
公司主要生产瓦锡兰品牌的W20、W26和W32等系列中速船用发动机，功率覆盖800~9000千瓦，广泛应用于海洋工程、近海和远洋船舶以及特殊用途船舶，用作主机动力和辅助发电机组。公司于2013年5月28日启动厂房建设动工仪式，计划于2014年6月开始投产。
公司目前各项工作正在有序、稳步推进，为了进一步增强公司人才队伍实力，公司计划在投产前展开全国范围的招聘。
