Product Engineer, CE-Box

BU - Automotive

Overview
Work on CE-Box structure design based on customer requirements, release design deliveries on time.

Responsibilities
- Understand customer needs, design product specified by customers, provide new product solutions;
- Apply knowledge to help determine needs and opportunities to improve existing products;
- Review the open issues with cross functional teams on a regular basis to ensure the project on schedule;
- Provide technical support for salesperson to satisfy the customer needs;
- Provide innovative solutions to reduce product cost, improve product quality, and improve process efficiency

Qualifications
- Bachelor degree or above, majored in mechanical, electronic engineering or automation engineering;
- Experienced in automotive suppliers for 3+ years is a must
- Master structure design knowledge, prior experiences of CE-Box design preferred;
- Have knowledge of plastic material, able to select materials according to different designs;
- Skilled user of Pro/e & AutoCAD software;
- Skilled in Geometric Dimension and Tolerance (GD&T)
- Good communication skills, able to understand the voice of customer
- Good at English language ability in reading, writing and speaking;
- Good computer skills of Microsoft word, excel, presentation;
- Able to work effectively in a team environment.
