Position Overview:
An Internship position is available at the Chamber’s Beijing Office. The intern will assist the TUSIAD Desk Office.
Start Date： 2013.10
Duration： Maximum 6 months
Key responsibilities including monitoring the industrial and trade developments in China and Turkey; responding to inquiries on Chinese laws, regulations and policies, and supporting the activities of the government relations department and the TUSIAD. The position also involves supporting the Business Manager with the coordination and organization of TUSIAD meetings as well as with the writing working reports;

Specific duties include:
Calendar/appointment management
Report Writing
Documents/news translation
Travel logistics
Organize meetings, phone calls, liaisons mails

Qualifications：
Fluent in both written and spoken English Good understanding in business or trade Well organized, flexible and able to work under pressure Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Productive Chinese nationality Preferred Experience:
- University degree in Business Administration
- Experience/knowledge of international trade.
- Recent graduates or students with a 6 month working semester are strongly encouraged to apply.
- The internship presents an opportunity to gain valuable experience within the areas that the Chamber is involved in, including lobbying, events and Organizing meetings with European, and Turkish industry.
- The internships run for 6 months.

Required Skills:
- Native mandarin with excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Solid background in business
- Research experience
- Organizational, communication, social and presentation skills
- High degree of accuracy
- Computer literacy, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explore
- Flexible and proactive attitude
- Previous experience trade issues
