主要工作职责：
1. 按照检验标准和作业指导书要求进行组装线的首件检验、过程巡检并记录报表
2. 监督生产现场的4M1E，包含操作人员的操作、记录、材料的正确性、机台参数、作业指导书/检验标准的正确性和执行情况以及现场的5S等。
3. 生产过程质量异常的及时反馈汇报及协助分析
4. 生产过程质量相关数据的收集和统计
5. 不合格品的确认、标识、处理结果和纠正预防措施报告的跟踪
6. 对作业员进行产品质量要求的培训和指导
7.上司安排的其他任务

任职要求：
1. 初中以上学历，男女不限
2. 一年以上质检员经验，有注塑行业或组装相关巡检经验的优先。
3. 熟练使用游标卡尺、千分尺、塞规、投影仪等各种常用基本测量工具。
4. 了解QC 七大手法，良好的品质系统意识，细心且责任心强
5. 工作积极主动，良好沟通和团队合作精神
6. 能够适应加班，服从上司安排
