职位描述
Summary:
1.Plans and leads activities concerned with the quality planning and quality assurance of manufacturing processes, materials and products.
2.Professional with 5 or more years Quality Assurance experience and a commitment to high standards.
3.Adept in APQP, Control Plans, Change Notice, CAR, DOE, FMEA, PPAP, SPC tools.
4.Experienced in consumer products, mechanical background.
5.Competent with both domestic & international manufacturing.
6.Proficient in die-casting, injection molding, metal fabrication, paint coating manufacturing.
7.Effective team builder with excellent interpersonal, communication and motivational skills.
8.High Initiative on self-drive on the responsibilities.
9.English Communication Capability with Foreign staff.
10.Familiar with MS Office, Microsoft Access, Statistical SW Minitab & AS400
Overview and Responsibilities:
1.Applies engineering disciplines to support design, development, implementation & operation activities.
a)Reviews, evaluates & analyzes designs.
b)Perform process capability studies.
c)Perform gage R&R studies control chart methods. Has previous exposure to Gage R&R, design of experiments, manufacturing process design & design of inspection & test systems.
d)Conduct FMEA & product design reviews for manufacturability & quality.
e)Knowledge of applied statistics, preferably statistical process control.
2.Communication skills must be assertive & willing to take the lead in all situations.
a)Must be willing to express the company requirements effectively with all parties in all situations such as project meetings, factory meetings & not need to be directed to do so.
b)Must be capable of training the subordinate staff, factory personnel & be viewed as a leader.
c)Must be aggressive, assertive, knowledgeable of the requirements & professional in communicating with all internal & external personnel.
3.Responsible for evaluating & improving the company's current process for product development & testing product quality.
4.Take the initiative to suggest new standards, implement new strategies.
5.Keep on tracking supplier KPIs status daily/weekly/monthly on working with suppliers to drive improvement to meet company goals.
6.Capable to lead 6 sigma GB (DMAIC process) project for key/repeated quality issues.
7.Provide guideline to Auditors to maximum the detection capability to minimize risks of poor quality product to field.
a)Special projects without being requested by management.
b)Recommend programs which have a direct impact on improving the organization quality which can be measured.
8.Participate in meetings, detailing the expected level of requirements, time required, & consistently meet the allocated milestones.
a)Participate in a team or be able to work individually on projects that are designed to improve the quality of products within their categories of responsibility.
b)Must have understanding of the company quality expectations, company objectives & be willing to make the necessary decisions weighing both necessities.
9.Translate customer requirements into process control, inspection & test criteria.
a)Prepares, reviews, & evaluates documentation, specifications, tests plans & procedures.
b)Conducts analysis of requirements, components & supports audits conducted to ensure intended functionality & performance is achieved.
10.Identify & draft inspection, test criteria, standards & qualification requirements.
a)Develop testing plans & testing scenarios in accordance with the functional requirements & analyzes testing
b)Tests designs, specifications & documentation to validate effectiveness.
11.Identify, diagnose, report, & assist engineers & project managers in resolving issues.
a)Analyze warranty trends, defect phone log & make assessments & follow-up with actions which improve the product warranty.
12.Must be able to take the lead role in audits & process capability studies.
a)Assist SQE (HFA) on assessing manufacturing base by providing detailed assessments of manufacturers as it relates to HFC requirements, capabilities, processes, capacity constraints, management, logistics & vendor product knowledge/expertise.
b)Assess inspection/metrology & be capable of providing training to improve.
c)Capable of assisting in developing the supply base.
Accept responsibility for completeness & final quality of their work.
Education/Experience Requirements:
1.BS required in Technical discipline.
2.ASQ certification a plus.
3.Lean manufacturing experience & six sigma background
4.GB Certificate is a must minimum, prefer BB

1.Highly organized with strong on time management and meeting deadline skills
2.Good presentation skills, both verbal and written in English.
