ESSENTIAL DUTIES and Responsibilities:

• Inspect product quality per product specifications, raw materials, in-process, and finished goods

• Document and maintain inspection records and data

• Document test data in chart form – paretos, histograms, etc.

• Identify root cause of nonconforming material

• Implement corrective action to eliminate nonconforming issues

• Maintain incoming inspection specifications and records for implements
• 维护进料检验规格和记录
• Maintain finished goods product packaging specifications and records
• 保持成品检验规格和记录
• Evaluate new product/materials and generate reports
• 评估新产品、材料并形成报告
• Capable of translating specifications from English to Chinese
• 翻译产品规格书
• Maintain QC test equipment for accuracy, reliability, and calibration
• 测试设备校正管理
• Develop operation procedures for process control
• 设计过程检验流程
• Able to travel to USA
• 可出差到美国

REQUIRED SKILLS

• Good English skills – oral and written

• SPC including charting techniques
• SPC 包括绘图技能
• Able to read blue prints

• Skilled in problem analysis and development of corrective action

• Experience in measuring devices – calipers, micrometers, and rulers

• Working knowledge of ISO standards for attaining certification

Company Introduction

We are a Brit owned and Brit operated design, development and manufacturing organisation with offices in the UK, US, Canada, Croatia and, of course, China. Our core capabilities lie in delivering Chinese manufactured products involving new or significantly re-developed products for the Western market. As a sideline, we have also helped UK and US companies to move production to China with the minimum of disruption to their businesses.
With a growing team of engineers in many fields we are confident that no product is out of range of capabilities no matter how far along development or production it is.
China 2 West is capable of doing all aspects in getting an idea to market. From the design work and R&D, through prototyping and tooling the moulds. We then write the quality assurance plan and design the production plan then carefully follow this through until production is finished. Delivery of goods is flexible in that we can store in our warehouses, drop ship or send all at once. China 2 West is also available for only any 1 of our services or QC of your existing production.

Croatia - Service and sales office based in Split, Dalmatia
Latin America - Service and sales office based out of Florida, USA
The job will entail working with different nationalities both in China and around the world so a decent level of English is required, the office itself is a social environment that operates with a western organisational structure.

We are seeking problem solving, detail orientated, quick thinking individuals who are capable of multi-tasking and logical thinking. Applicants must be capable of following instructions in English without issue and of working to tight, short deadlines on multiple varied projects.
