职位描述
Assist users with problem resolution.
Escalate any unsolved issues to management in a timely manner.
Perform tasks at the direction of supervisor.
Perform all duties in a manner that compliant to the standard operating procedure and ensures the Tech Services Team will meet or exceed the measurable objectives for service level to users and system availability.
Perform regular IT operation activities.
Additional duties as assigned.
