PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Responsible for building management expertise in others (management foundation)
2. valuing your team of Managers, team members and everyone’s diversity by building on their individual strengths and identifying their weakness to assist in their growth
3. Ensure consistent result delivery without fail
4. Responsible for the planning of a programme of projects and related activities
5. Works with key Group Technology or business stakeholders to communicate solution build progress
6. Actively institutionalizes the organization’s systems development standards, methods and procedures.
7. Participates in monitoring and reporting on the progress of systems development. Takes action to deal with exceptions, problems and unforeseen events in a timely manner
8. Monitors procedures to ensure that new systems developments are executed in alignment with system design
9. Monitors quality assurance systems, processes and measures to ensure that systems development projects are carried out in accordance with the agreed standards, methods and procedures
10. Ensures that adequate capacity is available to support the agreed programme of systems development and that they are optimally utilized and accounted for
11. Ensures the collection, analysis and application of historical and synthetic measurements in the estimation of development activities e.g.: function /use case point analysis, lines of code
12. Advise management on the technical readiness, risk and impact of the proposed implementation to production
13. Ensure planned and co-ordinated alignment to change management processes
Oversee the solution soundness and alignment to business requirements on Solution


QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION
1. Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science or discipline preferred.
2. Degree in Business or Technology Related Curriculum is a plus
3. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.

CERTIFICATION
1. Any Business Related or Technology Related certifications a plus.
2. Project Management Certification would be a plus


REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
1. 10+ years of experience in software development and IT industry
2. 6+ years of experience in project & software development


REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
1. Knowledge on Casino and Hotel operations would be an advantage
2. Experience in Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, Project Management, Software Development
3. Experience in Agile methodologies and practices
4. Strong technical development background and excellent understanding of development processes

6. Organized and detail-oriented
7. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Mandarin & English.
8. Responsible for deliver to agreed timelines, estimating issues that will affect this as needed
