PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Prioritizes testing activities according to the management guidelines and impact to the operations
2. Performs training activities according to the management priorities
3. Coordinates and performs all IT related testing including QA and UAT activities
4. Follows IT quality control procedures, SDLC process and ensure Sarbanes Oxley compliant
5. Interface with suppliers, in-house development team to perform testing activities
6. Organize, coordinate and setup test rooms and schedule QA/UAT schedules
7. All other duties as assigned
8. Leads the project team to deliver the testing services and provides application access controls
9. Verify production fixes before production deployment
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
10. Degree in Information Technology related curriculum preferred.
11. Additional experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree
12.
CERTIFICATION
13. Any QA related and/or Technology related certifications a plus.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
15. 3+ years of IT testing experience
16. 1+ years of IT training experience
17. Experience in software development, systems architecture, testing and client support will be a plus
18. Experience in TIBCO Business Works, Business Events, EMS/JMS will be a plus
19. Experience in commercial testing tool kits for software development environment preferred
20. SQA tools like HP (LoadRunner, ALM & UFT), QTP, etc will be a plus

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE
22. Knowledge on testing methodologies
23. Knowledge of SQL, XML will be a plus
24. Knowledge on Gaming and Hotel operations will be a plus
25.

26. Able to analyze and solve problems in a service driven organization
27. Good communication and interpersonal skills
