职位描述

RESPONSIBILITIES:

? Accountable for assigned QA projects to ensure that they are tested as completely as possible working within the established timelines, standards, SOP’s and local compliance directives.
? Accountable for creating project test plans.
? Negotiating resource estimates with 3rd party vendors and obtain project team sign-off.
? Represent Global QA at project meetings and escalate any status or scope changes.
? Escalate any missing documentation, system access, etc. that impacts the ability to complete QA tasks on-time.
? Execute test plans when needed.

? Attend global conference calls or travel as required.
? Review and approve assigned project deliverables for consistency and completeness completed by QA Analyst’s (Internal/external). (Application Matrixes, Test Scripts, results, status communication).
? Collect data for the QA Monthly Report per project.
? Ensure all project artifacts are archived per Global SOP’s or local compliance direction.
? Enforces all QA methodologies pertaining to the SDLC and compliance directives including those tests called out by local gaming authorities.
? Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies/service procedures/standards.
? Contribute to the maintenance of our SOP’s, Standards, Training and Tool sets.
? Performs any other related duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREMENTS:
? B.S. in Computer Science, Business, or related field of study or equivalent work experience
? Five to 10 years of Quality Assurance and Control. Certifications are a plus.
? Preferred experience should include but not limited to iSeries, Web Based, CRM, TIBCO business applications.
? The ideal candidate will have technical and business application knowledge of hotel and casino applications (e.g. LMS, ACSC, Infinium )
? Ability to provide internal quality assessments of business requirements related to quality assurance standards
? Proficient in the English language for both verbal and written communications
? Travel required as needed.

KEY CHARACTERISTICS:

Minimum Employment Requirements: 21 years of age, proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States, high school Diploma or equivalent. Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English, both in oral and written form. Have interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts. Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to LVS appearance standards. Maintain consistent adherence to the LVS Unmatched Guest Service Standards. Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Work Environment Requirements: Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment. Maintain physical stamina and proper mental attitude while dealing effectively with guests, management, team members, and outside contacts while working under pressure and meeting deadlines. Must be able to frequently move freely about the office, maintain manual dexterity to access computer via computer keyboard and operate office equipment, such as telephones, copiers, fax machine, etc., withstand various activities such as frequent walking, sitting for long periods and withstand prolonged standing, stretching, bending and kneeling without restriction. Be able to work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT fatigue, noise, dust, cigarette smoke, and be able to access all areas of the property.
Ability to lift or carry a minimum of 20 pounds, unassisted, in the performance of specific tasks assigned. Must be able to work with others, communicate well, give direction, review the work of others, and provide guidance and counsel when needed to achieve department goals and objectives. Must maintain a positive attitude toward work and interface with hotel guests in a congenial and polite manner. Must be able to address stressful situations with clients with dignity and the utmost tact and politeness. Must be able to touch and handle supplies in a safe and non-hazardous manner, maintaining proper hygiene, cleanliness, and disposal methods.
