Responsibilities:

Building and maintaining reports for the Corporate Management team.
Review current processes at the LVS properties and identify best practices to be implemented at all LVS resorts.
Provide ad hoc reporting for the Corporate Management team.
Analyzing trends to determine customer preferences and identifying areas of opportunity for generating incremental revenue.
Assist in developing mathematical models that measure the pricing strategy and hotel performance.

Minimum Employment Requirements:
21 years of age.
A four year college degree in Business, Statistics, Finance, Hospitality Management, or a related field. Advanced degree is preferred.
Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States,
Ability to communicate effectively in a positive/upbeat fashion utilizing English; both in oral and written form,
Interpersonal skills with focused attention to guest needs to deal effectively with all business contacts,
Maintain a professional, neat and well-groomed appearance adhering to VCR appearance standards,
Maintain consistent adherence to the VCR Unmatched Guest Service Standards,
Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Specific Position Requirements:
Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and proficiency in Microsoft Word and PowerPoint are required.
Two years’ experience in Revenue Management is preferred.
Knowledge of SAS, LMS, Showcase, ACSC, and SQL are preferred.
Must be innovative and self-motivated, with a willingness to learn and research new domains.
Must have a passion for numbers and analyzing data, and must have excellent written skills.
Must be able to work well with other departments, and must be flexible and able to work under pressure.
