Key Purpose of Role:
Dedicated engineer to focus on core solution technologies of energy management system through hands-on requirement analysis, architect, design and development while proactively support entire business through his domain expertise

Key Responsibilities:
?Define market requirements and technical specifications of energy management solutions, and consolidate them into new project developments
?Fulfill development tasks of smart metering solutions especially hands-on software archtecture designs
?Ensuring timely, functional, installable and cost-efficient development of products, solutions and application projects

Key Accountabilities
?Identify market requirements of energy management solutions
?Define technical concepts/specifications for electricity/heat/cold/water/gas metering solutions
?Hands-on development of constructional and conceptual solutions
?Lead software team implement agile software developments for designated solutions
?Lead OEM product selections with supplier qualification while supporting sourcing team
?Arrange, prepare and develop experimental set-ups for proofs of conceptions
?Analysis of experimental pilot results and ensuring successful implementation
?Promote solutions in the market through hands-on consultative sales, and establish best practices for Sales team
?Support design reviews, both customer and internal as required
?Participate in project planning and meet committed timelines
?Ensure all technical deliverables of solutions within department well documented and managed
?Follow all Health and Safety requirements

Experience Requirement
?Bachelor degree above in Sciences or Engineering. Master degree or PHD is preferred
?Experience of electricity/gas/ heat/cold/water meter is a plus
?Full lifecycle industrial solution development and implementation experience is strongly expected
?Project management skills is required
?Solid knowledge of industry standards is desired
?Proficient in agile software development and complicated solution architecture designs

Qualification and other requirements
This position offers an excellent opportunity to play a technical lead role in a high-performance and expanding software team. This position is ideally suited for a motivated individual who is energetic, takes initiative and has a broad understanding of measurement and sensor technologies for heat/code meters. He will need to work independently with minimum supervision, as well as being able to fit in with a very dynamic, fast pace and global team

Additional Requirements:
- Excellent analytical and diagnosis skills with a common sense approach to problem solving
- Good command of spoken and written English is must; German is definetely a plus
- Team player with demonstrated commitment to growth and continuous improvement;
- Willingness to change and Can-Do attitude
- Professional working experience with Fortune 500 MNCs
