Location: Hotels of Sands China 金沙中国所属酒店（威尼斯人，康莱德，假日，喜来登，金沙，四季等）

Responsibilities:

? Handle arriving and departing guests’ luggage in accordance with standard operating procedures
? Provide luggage storage service to hotel visitors
? Assist with suite change requests
? Provide warm welcome and fond farewell to all arriving and departing guests at the Porte Cochere and Bus Depot
? Man the Main Lobby doors during shift
? Complete errands/deliveries for guests such as newspaper delivery, fax services and mobile phone battery charging service
? Provide superior service to our guests (internal and external) at all times
? Be familiar with all hotel features, services and operations and answer guest inquiries accurately
? Maintain complete knowledge of and comply with all departmental policies and service standards
? Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly and acknowledge all guests, however busy and whatever time of day
? Help ensure the smooth operation of Guest Services areas, ie Lobby Counter, Dispatch Office, Conveyor Belt, Porte Cochere, Bus Depot and taxi stand
