职位描述：
1、运用技术和创意，不断推出吸引用户产生注意、联想、欲望和行动的营销计划；
2、制定营销推广计划，熟悉并合理运用各种营销推广手段。
3、定期针对推广效果进行跟踪、评估,及时提出营销改进措施, 给出切实可行的改进方案。
4、定期制定推广方案并负责实施,对营销推广效果进行评估,对网站及产品访问量、转化率数据进行分析。
岗位要求：
1、大专以上学历,一年以上淘宝网络营销推广经验；
2、对产品促销活动较强的创意、策划、组织实施能力;
3、工作认真,有责任心,踏实肯干,富有团队精神,执行力强;
4、电子商务、广告、营销相关专业优先。
