? DW / BI Project Intake
o Document requirements or user stories and conditions of acceptance, and estimate required resources and timeline
o Analyze and recommend solution options in collaboration with Enterprise Architecture, IT Security & IT/Legal Compliance
o Manage demand vs. team capacity, and prioritize projects/tasks as necessary

? DW / BI Project Delivery
o Ensure data model and data dictionary are designed and documented appropriately
o Conduct kick-off/project meetings or sprint planning/demo meetings, and ensure regular, transparent project communications
o Be hands-on in building data marts, reports or dashboards, and manage team members and offshore resources to deliver against projects and to cross-train and up-skill as appropriate
o Create and manage against project plan or sprints and against budget to deliver on-time and on-budget
o Create and execute test plan to minimize UAT or post-production issues

? DW / BI Project Deployment
o Obtain change approval board (CAB) approval and deploy appropriately
o Create and execute training plan and support model
o Validate go-live, secure feedback and document learnings

? Data Mgmt Best Practices
o Ensure internal customer expectations and external requirements regarding security, performance and reliability are met
o Advance practices and tools for process and end product to be leading-edge
o Advocate the use of data and reporting/dashboards for decision making and process improvement

? Scope of Major Data Warehouse & Business Intelligence (DW/BI) and MDM Projects
o Casino and Loyalty Marketing
o Credit, Collection and Compliance
o Gaming Optimization
o Group Sales and Revenue Optimization
o Service Excellence (e.g. Unifocus data)
o Labor Optimization and Procurement
o Finance and Accounting
