设计总监 Design
Director

职位描述：

1、引领室内设计专业方向持续推进创新性实践并达到一定的专业高度；

2、独立主持大型室内设计项目（样板房、会所、酒店、商业、办公），确定项目思路定位，把握整体方案并解决本专业关键性技术问题，并全面把控项目整体进程和质量；

3、积极与客户及相关方沟通，并组织管理团队。

Description：

1.
Direct and lead the interior design team to design excellence

2.
Manage medium to large size projects (ales offices, clubs,
hospitality, commercial and offices) as well

as providing design, technical and project
management guidelines to design teams. Continually improve the quality of the
work and optimize the process.

3. Actively engaged in development of client
relationships and opportunities for new and repeat business; Lead the
orchestration and strategy of design and presentations;

任职资格：

1、一流大学室内及相关专业本科以上学历，12年以上室内设计相关工作经验，（攻读本科以上学位可视情况等同折算工作年限）；

2、充分理解和把握业主需求，具有协调多重关系和谈判的能力，能够引导甲方积极达成合理有效的项目成果建议；

3、富有激情和创意，具有出色的规划设计方案构思能力；

4、具有主持多种规划类型的项目全过程经验，有擅长的专业特长方向更佳；

5、熟悉国家的相关政策法规和规范；

6、具有出色的团队领导能力和有效的沟通组织协调能力、汇报和文字组织能力。

7、具有顶级境外设计公司工作经历优先。

Requirements：

1.
Degree in Interior Design, or Architecture. Master’s degree preferred，

2.
12+ years related experience
of which at least 3 years has been in leadership of design

teams;

3.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management
skills;

4.
Strong leadership, communication and relationship-management
skills;

5.
Familiarity with interior design guidelines and submission procedures
to relevant authorities;

6.
Experience in interior design, strategic or
concept planning a must

Previous design
enterprises abroad experience will be considered in preference;
