2) 负责带领团队拜访客户，完成所辖区域业绩指标；

3) 熟悉安防行业的工程、技术、业务运作；有丰富的团队管理经验，有较强的激励、培训能力

4) 业务指导和过程监控等工作能力；有较强的业务开拓和项目谈判能力；积极进取、不畏艰苦、善于学习与创新；能承受压力，吃苦耐劳，有开拓精神。
