职位描述
Responsibilities:
- To implement and ensure compliance with company policies in terms of quality.
- To implement and ensure compliance with company policies in terms of quality.
- To define, design and implement the quality indicators required to correctly control and assess
products and processes.
- To follow up qualitative results in the production plants: reporting system.
- To improve results in terms of product quality in the plants and the division.
- To represent the company in quality-related matters during high-level meetings with customers.
- To participate in the quality committee representing the interests of the division on corporate level.
- To establish an organization of the quality area in the plants.
- Familiar with Quality Control Systems (Advanced Quality), Current regulations (ISO/UNE/EN standards), APQP,
- To follow up qualitative results in the production plants: reporting system.
- To improve results in terms of product quality in the plants and the division.
- To represent the company in quality-related matters during high-level meetings with customers.

FMEA, SPC, MSA, PPAP, audits.etc.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above, preferably major in Engineering or electronic, with a minimum of 3 years

- Very high level of communication & interpersonal skill, motivate employees, generate work

- Strong sense of responsibility/accountability and team work spirit, understand how to improve customer
