The primary responsibilities of this position include:
1. Scheduling, managing, and executing orders in a timely, cost effective manner that meets the internal and external clients mutually agreed upon needs.
2. Coordinating with Company HR on the personnel required to meet the objectives of the business. This will

3. Monitoring production requirements as relayed and later other global offices to produce the required products.
4. Overseeing the training of individuals.

7. Monitoring plant efficiencies and taking corrective action to rectify any production issue that does not

8. Daily communication to affiliates on status, problems, or clarification of requirements will be a part of this job.
9. Overseeing raw material procurement to ensure there are adequate stocks.

Qualifications:
1. Bachelor's Degree or educational equivalent in a business or technical field.
2. 10 years management experience in manufacturing.
3. Customer interaction required.
4. Knowledge of and experience doing work for US and European retail brands
5. English written and spoken skills musty be very good as there will be daily interaction with Company
