职位描述

Job Description:

· Product development

· Manages brands' images between US marketing team and China Product and marketing team

· Evaluate new potential sources

· Handle special projects in a timely fashion

Responsibilities:

· Market survey to understand brands' market position in different retail countries

· Source new material and new product according to brand needs

· Work with US product manager closely to support new product development according to brand requirements, follow up on prototypes and samples

· Ensure product development achieve on time

· Understand and negotiate raw material cost, pricing control

· Work with cross functional teams to ensure product can ship on time and meet compliance requirement

Position Requirements

· Four Year Bachelor's degree in marketing or business administration

· Strong communication skill

· Excellent English both in speaking and writing

· Minimum of 5 years project management experience in product design and project follow up to the manufacturing phase with a multinational company in China or Asia

· Skillful to manage large projects, including project organization, definition, planning, implementation and control.

· 5+ years experience in project management in audio preferred

· Previous experience in either manufacturing operations (OEM) or international buying offices

· Strong experience with supplier evaluation, qualification and follow up

· Highly motivated individual who can work independently; detail oriented with excellent follow up skills.

· Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
