·机械工程相关专业本科学历以上
·从事汽车车身设计工作8年或以上；主导过至少2个完整车身设计项目。
·熟悉汽车车身结构、理论、设计和试验等方面的知识，掌握必要的基础理论知识和汽车车身生产工艺知识，熟悉本汽车车身国内外的技术发展趋势、信息动态。
·熟悉汽车车身产品开发流程，能组织实施汽车车身产品开发工作、解决汽车车身设计的各种技术问题。
·熟悉产品开发管理程序。
