Key areas of accountability:
? Manage component requirement planning and coordinate with factory for weekly call-off & PO to supplier accuracy and on time;
? Manage component supplier delivery performance;
? Coordinate with Purchasing and factory to keep supply chain move smoothly while avoiding materials supply shortage risk;
? Keep track with supplier on component stock and control inventory level and Ensure stock accuracy;
? Freight inbound transport cost versus purchasing value
? Ensure timely setup logistic flow for new suppliers
? BOM cost analysis and regular reports monitoring
? Supply issues handling towards factories and suppliers

Qualification:
? Academic/Professional Qualification: University graduate or above
? Working Experience: More than 6 years above for supply chain and procurement/ purchasing background
Expertise / Skills:
? Good understanding of Supply Chain and integral business concept/experience of procurement
? Good understanding of the industrial and PCP process, Incoterms (FOB, CIP, CIF, DAP,DAT, DDP etc.)
? Language skills: Fluent Mandarin and English on both writing & speaking (a must)

? Able to work under pressure ,hardworking,
? Excellent cross functional communication skills
? Analytical, flexible and customer oriented attitude
? Highly motivated and a drive for improvement
