Neatfreak is a privately owned Canadian based company with a 120,000 sq. ft. distribution center in Toronto, Ontario as well as a well as a USA office in New Jersey and distribution facility in Long Beach, California.
Job Description


This multi functional role encompasses responsibility for assisting the Launch Manager with the launch and integration of new products and programs into the manufacturing process. The position will also support the company’s Compliance/Ethics Sourcing (society and environment responsibility) initiatives, and packaging supplier’s following up. Additionally, the role will also encompass support for the Product Development Team (PDM’s), located at the Canadian head office.


Duties and responsibilities:
·Daily follows up new products and new programs launch, ensure critical milestones performing on time. Ensure factories understand all requirements from customers and give on time support to factories if needed.
·Works closely with Compliance Manager to understand related requirements of Society and Environment responsibility, monitor factories implement Society and Environment policy and follow up internal audits and customer audits.
·Works closely with Manufacturing & Packaging Analyst to forecast packaging need, secure packaging material delivering on time to related factories, and follows up packaging suppliers’ performance (price, delivery, quality) regularly.
·Support the PDM’s with respect to PLM (Product Life Cycle Management) computer software administration. Specifically this would entail monitoring and validating “Line Plan” submission of product specs, weight and measures as well as calendarization of milestone events.


This position will be based in Zhuhai China, and will require frequent visits to various factories within China. Communications with North American offices and an ability to communicate both verbally and in writing in English is also required. Familiarity with a PLM software system would also be an asset


Requirements:
·3 - 5 years of experience in related role.
·Excellent analytical and creative problem solving skills.
·Ability to work independently. Time and Goal orientation.
·Experience with North American mass retailers (eg. Walmart, Target) and related consumer products would be an asset (cut and sew, metal tubing fabrication, wood and plastic injection molding)
·Ability to communicate effectively in English both orally and written

我们的销售公司，位于珠海金融商业中心吉大粤财大厦23层，办公区域面积1008平方米。
我们的生产基地，位于珠海平沙，离珠海市区40分钟路程，距离珠海***的深水港高栏港30分钟路程。占地面积51000平方米，建筑面积42000平方米。拥有现代化的空调厂房，立体的货架物流仓库，太阳能供热（水）系统和全空调宿舍，平沙基地采用电脑化管理，与国内软件用友协作设计最新ERP系统管理。
