ROLE:
This role is to keep track of financial details of all company fixed assets and properties, ensure
accurate recording of newly acquired and any dispositions of fixed assets in compliance with the
Company's fixed assets policies;prepare fixed assets related monthly and annual reporting and
tracking costs of going capital projects.This position is also expected to provide support to
accounts payable function when required.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Complete monthly depreciation run and ensure depreciation calculated accurately in
accordance with PRC and US GAAPs requirements
2. Perform monthly capital project costs settlement in SAP
3. Record fixed asset acquisitions and dispositions in the accounting system accurately
4. Monitor fixed asset acquisition and disposition transactions in compliance with corporate
policies and guidelines
5. Track company expenditures for fixed assets in comparison to the capital budget and
management authorizations
6. Reconcile the balances of fixed assets register to summary-level accounts in General ledger
for Finance Manager to review
7. Prepare general ledger journal entries in the areas of fixed assets when required
8. Prepare various fixed assets related monthly and yearly reporting for Finance Manager to
review
9. Perform fixed assets physical counting
10. Assist auditors in fixed assets related enquiries
11. Relieve accounts payable on intercompany transactions processing and reconciliations
12. Perform ad hoc tasks when required

REQUIREMENTS (education,experience,competencies and specific job requirements):
1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting
2. 3+years in fixed asset experience,with manufacturing experience is an advantage
3. A strong team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
4. Good accounting knowledge in assets and properties of PRC and US GAAPs
5. Exposure to ERP systems,SAP experiences is a plus
6. Fluent in spoken and written English and Mandarin
7. High integrity and strong ethical values
