ROLE:

This role is to handle and ensure all intercompany activities and transactions are properly recorded, reconciled and paid according to the agreed contract terms, perform journal entries and all other activities associated with Intercompany entities transactions in accounting in compliance with Lubrizol policies and guidelines, and local government authority SAFE requirements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Primarily handle day-to-day ALL intercompany transactions including invoice processing and payments.
- Ensure each transaction is properly recorded and matched with delivery receipt and suppliers invoice and contract terms and conditions prior to proceeding payment.
- Complete monthly intercompany payable accounting close and perform any taxes accrual journal entries associated with intercompany transactions.
- Arrange intercompany agreement translation in Chinese language for the registration with local tax bureau and other government authorities.
- Monitor intercompany aging to reduce overdue intercompany payments.
- Assist auditors in intercompany payable enquires.
- Perform ad hoc tasks when required by the Supervisor or Finance Manager.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
- 3+ years working experience in Accounts Payable position, with MNCs preferred
- A strong team player with good inter-personal and communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure
- Good accounting knowledge in accounts payable and journal entries
- Exposure to ERP systems, SAP experience is preferred
- Good in spoken and written English and Mandarin
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Power Point
- High integrity and strong ethical values
