Job Desription(Concise Statement of the Purpose of the Job)

Key Result Areas:

1. To provide proper quality assurance contribution in al production processes to achieve the high-level process quality and out-going qulaity. Quality problem feedback and quality standard calibration with related departments(SQE/APD/SGP,etc)

2. Support and drive operation to achieve good Fall off Rate and Cost of Non-Quality performance

3. Handle/ Analysis daily delivery quality puzzled during mass-production to ensure planned production realized.

4. Support in IPD: Design review and control plan, input in process development & FMEA, Quality framework/QUality plan, Support to engineering trial run, Verity process/equipment condition for release/transfer of production system

5. Analyze and improve customer complaint(internal & external) and follow up related corrective action

6. Train & guide new inspector/line leader of qulaity standards & quality tools & WI to ensure relevant quality requiremnets understood properly.

Job Specification

Academc/Professional Qulification: above college, prefer to mechanical or electrial engineer

Working Experience: above 2 years relating work experience

Expertise / Skills: Familiar with FMEA, 8D, control plan, spc, qulaity tools

Personal Attributes: Team work, good communication skill, good in reading and writing in English
