Job Description

· Provide full spectrum of secretarial and administration support to Senior Management.

负责秘书及行政工作,协助经理处理日常事务。

· To handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, reports, minutes, presentation materials for various functions.

负责日常各种信件处理,撰写工作报告、会议材料和会议记录。

· To coordinate daily appointments, meetings and provide internal / external communications.

负责协调日常预约、会议以及提供内部外部联系。

· To handle any ad hoc project as assigned.

负责其他交办事务。


Job Requirement

· University graduate

大学毕业。

· With 3-4 years Secretary/Executive Assistant experience

三至四年秘书或行政助理经验。

· Proficiency in both spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin

熟练的英语、粤语及普通话。

· Excellent command in PC skills and MS office applications, such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint

优秀的计算机操作及办公室软件操作技能,如Excel, Word 和 PowerPoint。

· Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skill

优秀的表达沟通以及人际交流能力。

· Outgoing, work independently, detail-oriented, self-motivated, well-organized

有上进心,能独立完成工作,注重细节,工作有条理。
