Essential responsibilities:
1.To develop a highly motivated team; drive year over year material productivity savings and inventory reduction programs that optimize fill rates.
2.Supplier management; determine capabilities of potential/existing suppliers, source new or existing materials or services, and ensure accurate and timely exchange of information.
3.Implement and expand visual pull and systems capabilities. Develop and drive configuration process improvements to reduce cycle times and minimize direct labour inefficiencies, initiatives through use of Lean Tools and methodologies.

Position requirement:
1.Master degree / Business Administration
2.Working Experience:
? Adequate experience from multinational companies and strong experience in Metal manufacturing,
? Experience in production related modules of SCM/ERP/SAP operation control system,
? Experience in cost definition and efficiency improvement with production processes,
? Experience in warehouse management and policy,
? Experience in production planning and material controlling management.

Specific Skills :
? high Level position relevant experience in Lean production management
? Is service minded and demonstrates strong leadership and innovativeness
Personal Capabilities:
? Proactive, organized, self-driven, independent and result oriented
