职位描述
Essential Job Responsibility:
a) strategy in line with the overall product and service requirements Design, execute and maintain Quality Assurance Management program across all areas of the LOM, including the necessary definition, development and deployment of quality assurance strategies that align with overall Operations KPIs; Ability to develop, document and implement a Quality Assurance management
b) Strategic influencing skills including the ability to promote continuous improvements in QA processes at all levels and across all areas of the LOM in MZH
c) Strong leadership skills that inspire team confidence and respect while motivating team members in a creative and effective manner
d) Diplomacy skills including the ability to withstand pressures and say 'no' to other managers when quality is insufficient or Quality Assurance processes are not being adhered to
e) Strong analytical and problem solving skills, including the ability to understand and critique requirements
f) Well developed project management skills including project planning, estimation and release management
g) Excellent communications skills including the ability to prepare and present reports to a range of audiences
h) Strong interpersonal skills including the ability to promote cooperation
i) Implement ongoing quality improvement processes across all areas
j) Develop or specify standards, methods, or procedures to determine effectiveness
k) Introduce quality processes for LOM MZH to ensure a high level of service is delivered
l) Identify deviance from standards, and suggest modifications to ensure compliance
m) Ensure the viability, functionality and effectiveness of standard operating procedures
n) Write technical and management systems standard operating procedures
o) Identify relevant quality-related training needs
p) Responsible for maintaining quality system and general awareness of ISO, EHS, and various product safety requirements
q) Responsible for handling all related job responsibilities in accordance to Environmental & Safety Policy, Standard Operating Procedures, and Emergency Management Plan
r) Prepare and/or coordinate with other departments any documentation required in support of the quality reviews, internal audits, independent audits, supplier audits, customer audits, ISO & EHS Program audit, etc.
s) Prepares quality documentation and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information and trends including failed processes, stability studies, recalls, corrective actions, and re-validations on every Monday.
Job Requirement:
a) Knowledge of principles and techniques of latest quality tools and knowhow;
b)Knowledge of laws and regulations regarding industrial safety;
c) Knowledge of safety systems and procedures;
d) Knowledge of corporate policies, procedures and service area desired;
e) Ability to design and implement training programs and related lesson plans;
f) Ability to write clear, concise and accurate correspondence and reports containing written and numeric expression;
g) Ability to communicate effectively orally in one-on-one and group settings;
h) Ability to effectively manage multiple projects and tasks to completion in a timely manner;
i) Ability to work varied hours; Ability to work effectively with employees at all levels within the whole company, customers, and outside agencies; Ability to obtain cooperation in complex organization.
j) Bachelor degree in Electronics or associated engineering discipline, holding a Masters degree in Engineering or Business Management is a plus.
k)Five years experience in a Quality Assurance Management position in a multi-national electronics manufactory with previous exposure and experiences in different responsibilities: customer quality assurance, supplier quality, in-process quality, outgoing quality, quality & reliability laboratory, 6-sigma, and Lean manufacturing.
