Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree or above, majoring in finance major is priority.

2. Excellent in English and good command of English (spoken and written skills)

3. 8+ years'experience of financial management in manufacturing industry, including two years controller or relative position, with foreign company working background;

4. Good skills in organization process including ERP, with experience of overall operations process in electronics factory.

5. Strong resistance to pressure and strong personality to push corporate decisions.

6. Good experience for establishing and implementation of KPI system.

7. Good communication and coordination ability and team cooperation spirit.

Responsibilities:

1.Development and measures for process and cost optimization, which measures have led to which result.

2.Introduction of KPI - System -to issue targets in general.

3.Comprehensive planning, controlling for the cost & expenses, monitoring of work processes and analysis of process and vulnerability.

4.Expansion and improvement of monthly reporting including KPI organization, especially of the figure material in cooperation and agreement with Finance Manager.

5.Obtain and supply data and their analysis for the preparation of corporate decisions.

6.Preparationannual budget& roll forecast continuous nominal/actual comparison& analyses, drive improved action to achieve the budget and take the effective measures to ensure the actual cost/expenses is not more than the budget.

7.Preparation investment feasibility analysis, prepare the investment budget including machine, equipments etc.

8.Sales window –responsibility for sales administration - order processing

9.ERP - take care in close cooperation with ERP-Specialist, for information technique-ERP project organization & implementation.

10.Set up internal accounting regulations together with GM.(description).

11.Develop and direct the implementation of strategic business and/or operational plans, projects, programs and systems.
