Job descriptions：
Responsible for the flash memory design.

Responsibilities：
1、Participate in flash memory design and circuit optimization; make sure the performance of the product meets the spec according to simulation and test results.
2 、Master the analog circuit design principle and apply them in real circuit design.3
3 、Assist the layout engineer to work on the layout design and optimization.
4 、Participate in verification, tapeout and debug.
5、Participate in chip failure analysis; provide and implement solutions to the problem.

Position Requirements：
1 、Familiar with the EDA software such as Cadence Spectre and Synopsys HSpice.
2、Have the knowledge of semiconductor device, analog IC design as well as good English reading and writing skills.
3、More than 1 year experience in NOR or NAND Flash is preferred.
4 、Understand the principles of the Flash memory, and the related applications.
5 、Good at team work.
6、Communicate with the foundry in English.
7、Positive attitude toward the work pressure; make the right decision based on the data in the fast-paced working environment.

Education：
Master or Doctor degree in related fields. The one who has a bachelor degree and many years of experience may also be considered.
