职位描述:

1. 根据质量系统，程序控制和5S管理来限制新老供应商

2. 协助供应商解决质量问题，包括客户投诉，以纠正措施和持续进步为宗旨。

3. 准备和领导客户查账记拜访。

4. 招聘及培训工程师至能胜任工作。

5. 检测和建立质量目标，以系统的方式完成目标。

6. 对供应商在新技术和系统安装提供技术领导。

7. 通过对供应商的生产线的统计资料和安全检测的审计和衡量，来评估供应商。

8. 和各自的供应工厂的管理团队紧密合作，在发展和推动故障分析及校核工作中亲自提供问题解决支持至结束。

职位要求：

1. 8年以上印刷电路板生产工业的质量管理经验，包括3年的经理管理经验。

2. 良好的供应商审计及推介新技术给供应商经验。

3. 良好的英语听说读写能力。

4. 必须要有ISO/TS 16949质量体系工作经验。

5. 驻江门工厂上班，需要在广东省出差。

6. 良好的沟通能力。

7. 能独立完成工作。

8. 有良好的团队合作精神和能力。

9. 本科以上化学，机械或工业工程学。

10. 良好的决策能力，能独立思考。

Position Responsibilities:

• Qualify new and existing suppliers, in terms of quality system, process control and 5S management
• Work with suppliers in problem solving for quality issues, including customer complaints, drive for corrective actions and continuous improvements.
• Prepare & lead customer audit & visits.
• Employ and Train engineers to be job competent.
• Examine and establish quality goals and approach the goal in a systematic method.
• Provide technical leadership to suppliers for new technology and system installation.
• Evaluate supplier readiness through audits and measurement of production line statistics and inspections.
• Work closely with management team at respective supplier factory and provide hands-on-trouble shooting support during development, drive failure analysis and corrective actions to closure.

Position Requirements:

• 8 + years of working experience in Quality Management in PCB industry.
• Management in PCB industry, including 3 years management experience
• Good track record of supplier audit and introducing new technology to suppliers
• Fluent in English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience of working in ISO/TS 16949 quality system is a must
• The position requires to work in Jiangmen factories and travelling in Guangdong province.
• Strong inter-personal communication skills.
• Experience of managing customer audit and supplier audit.
• Must be able to work independently.
• Able to work well in a team
• Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering
• Strong problem solving decision making skills.
• Ability to assert oneself.
• Independent thinking.
