职位描述：

1. 协调与执行质量计划，试件检验，内外审计，客户管理，在前期制作过程中持续改进测试顺序。

2. 根据对供应商的生产线的统计资料和安全检测的审计和衡量，来评估供应商。

3. 协助供应商解决质量问题，包括客户投诉。

4. 准备和协调客户查账记拜访。

5. 协助经理执行供应商质量管理。

6. 包括分析客户的技术条件，亲自执行跟进措施。

7. 为客户和供应商处理质量要求和成本的第一次试件检验和质量预测及措施。

8. 与相关部门合作处理客户投诉，初始化所有关于早期生产的内容，货期，成本及质量要求的措施。

9. 执行质量计划包括所有为质量改进的质量保证措施，检测效力，初始化改进，书面报告给客户，对进口产品质量控制作发展计划

职位要求：

1. 化学，机械或工业工程本科以上学历，兼有电脑工程学士学位者优先。

2. 5年以上PCB工业生产的工程师或质量管理经验。

3. 能独立完成工作。

4. 必须有良好的英语听说读写能力。

5. 必须要有ISO/TS 16949质量体系工作经验。

6. 驻惠州供应商工厂上班，需要在广东出差。

7. 对DOE及其他质检工作有认识。

8. 精通办公室软件。

Position Responsibilities:

• Coordination and implementation of quality planning, first sample inspection, internal and external audits, customer management as well as continuous improvement of test sequences in the pre-production.
• Conduct audit to new and existing suppliers,in terms of quality system, process control and 5S management.
• Work with suppliers in problem solving for quality issues, including customer complaints.
• Prepare & coordinate customer audit & visit.
• Assist the manager in Supplier Quality Management Operation.
• Comprehensively analyze technical specifications of customers, and hands-on implementation of follow-up measures.
• Manage first sample inspection and quality forecasting for clients and suppliers as well as all measures concerning quality requirements and quality costs.
• Manage claims in cooperation with all relevant parties (e.g. suppliers, production etc) and initiate all measures concerning content/deadline/costs meeting the quality requirements in the preproduction.
• Implement quality planning including all quality assurance measures for quality improvement, checking measures' effectiveness, initiating corrections, writing quality check reports for clients and developing plans for incoming product quality control.

Position Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in chemical/mechanical/ industry engineering. BS in computer engineering would be preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of working experience in Engineering or Quality Management in PCB industry.
• Have hands on experience.
• Be able to work independently.
• Capable of English communication, both spoken and written.
• Experience of working in ISO/TS 16949 quality system is a must.
• The position requires to work in Huizhou factories, frequent travelling in the Guangdong when necessary.
• Knowledgeable in DOE and other quality tools.
• Proficient in MS Office Application.
